Life Artistry, operated by House of Quirks Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), is a technology platform for social connections, matchmaking, dating, relationship education, events, counselling, and related services, accessible through our mobile and/or web application (the "App").

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information included in user profiles may be visible to other users and authorized matchmaking consultants for service delivery.

Information included in your Profile may be visible to other Users of the App for the purpose of facilitating introductions and connections. Certain information may also be accessible to authorised matchmaking consultants and Company personnel for service delivery purposes.

You control what information you choose to include in your publicly visible Profile. The Company will not make your Profile visible to third parties outside the App for commercial or marketing purposes without your consent.

Life Artistry is intended only for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. If we become aware that a User is below 18 years of age, we will immediately terminate their account without any liability or obligation to refund, in accordance with our User Agreement.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes

7.1 Trusted Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers engaged to support our operations, including payment gateways (RBI-compliant), cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, SMS and email service providers, and identity verification services. All such providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations. The Company shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of such third-party providers.

7.2 Law Enforcement and Government Authorities

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Indian cybercrime and law enforcement regulations, we may disclose User information including account details, communication records, and usage data to law enforcement agencies, government bodies, courts, or regulatory authorities in response to valid legal requests, court orders, warrants, or as otherwise required by applicable law. By using the App, you expressly consent to such disclosure.

7.3 Affiliated Entities

We may share your data with affiliated entities of the Company, subject to equivalent data protection standards.

7.4 Other Users

Other Users of the App will only see the information you choose to make visible in your Profile.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. This includes retention for the period required by applicable law, or as necessary for legal proceedings, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.

Upon account deletion, the Company will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
