Life Artistry Refund, Credits & Service Assurance Policy
1. Overview
This Refund, Credits & Service Assurance Policy governs purchases made through Life Artistry, including subscriptions, matchmaking services, events, courses, and other offerings.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Life Artistry facilitates introductions, education, events, and relationship support services. We do not guarantee romantic matches, relationships, marriage, compatibility, user responses, or event outcomes. Dissatisfaction with outcomes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. App Memberships and Subscriptions
All subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Refunds may be issued only for duplicate payments, incorrect billing, or technical errors preventing access to purchased services.
4. Matchmaking Services
Matchmaking services are personalized and commence immediately upon onboarding. Once consultation, profile review, assessment, profile creation, or match search has begun, fees become non-refundable. Life Artistry may offer credits, extensions, or additional introductions at its discretion.
5. Events
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund. Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. If Life Artistry cancels an event, attendees may receive a full refund or transfer to a future event.
6. Courses and Digital Products
All purchases of digital courses, downloadable content, assessments, and digital products are final. No refunds shall be provided once access has been granted.
7. Fraudulent Activity
Life Artistry reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or violation of platform policies is suspected.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
